近年来,随着城市进程的加快,促进了各华体汇app苹果下载、各企业的繁荣发展。在现代企业 经营管理中,绩效考核作为人力资源管理的核心环节,已经受到较多企业的高度重视。 现代企业重视绩效考核,能够有效提高企业员工绩效水平,从而在提高员工归属感的 基础上,提升日常工作效率,为现代企业职位资源或是薪酬的调整、人力资源管理的 决策等,提供有力的科学依据。生产一线员工,作为公司基层员工,其在公司生产、 生存中均起至关重要的作用。为此,如何在现代化市场发展环境中,制定合理的公司 一线员工绩效考核体系,并通过对员工的有效激励实现公司战略目标的完成,已经成 为当前公司发展重点关注的核心问题。但在多种因素的影响下,部分公司仍缺乏对绩 效考核的重视和改进,导致公司可持续发展受到影响。 本次研究中,主要以NX精细化工公司为例,对该公司生产一线员工绩效考核体系 改进方案展开探究。首先,对该项研究的背景以及意义、有关概念理论、国内外相关 研究综述、研究内容和方法,展开综合的概述,整理研究基础,明确研究价值;其次, 探讨NX精细化工公司生产一线员工绩效考核体系的现况中存在的问题,解析生产一线 员工的绩效考核体系现状,并通过调查问卷统计结果,总结提炼生产一线员工绩效考 核体系存在的问题及引发问题的原因;再次,根据对问题及原因的综合分析,明确生 产一线员工绩效考核体系的改进思路与原则,科学的提出员工绩效考核体系改进对策; 最后,制定相应的保障措施,通过制度保障、组织保障和经费保障,为NX精细化工公 司生产一线员工绩效考核体系的改进实施奠定基础。 关键词:精细化工;一线员工;绩效考核;体系改进 II STUDYONTHEIMPROVEMENTOFPERFORMANCEAPPRAISALSYSTEM OFPRODUCTIONLINEEMPLOYEES INNXFINECHEMICALCOMPANY ABSTRACT Inrecentyears,withtheaccelerationoftheurbanprocess,ithaspromotedtheprosperity anddevelopmentofvariousindustriesandenterprises.Inmodernenterprisemanagement, performanceappraisal,asthecoreofhumanresourcemanagement,hasbeenhighlyvaluedby manyenterprises.Modernenterprisesattachimportancetoperformanceappraisal,whichcan effectivelyimprovetheperformancelevelofemployees,soastoimprovethedailywork efficiencyonthebasisofimprovingthesenseofbelongingofemployees,andprovidea strongscientificbasisfortheadjustmentofpositionresourcesorsalary,thedecision-making ofhumanresourcemanagement,etc.Productionlineemployees,asthecompany'sgrass-roots employees,playanimportantroleinthecompany'sproductionandsurvival.Therefore,how toestablishareasonableperformanceappraisalsystemforthecompany'sfront-line employeesinthemodernmarketdevelopmentenvironment,andachievethecompletionof thecompany'sstrategicobjectivesthrougheffectiveincentivesforemployees,hasbecomethe coreissueofthecurrentcompany'sdevelopmentfocus.However,undertheinfluenceof manyfactors,somecompaniesstilllackofattentionandimprovementonperformance appraisal,whichleadstotheimpactonthesustainabledevelopmentofthecompany. Inthisstudy,NXfinechemicalcompanyistakenasanexampletoexplorethe improvementschemeoftheperformanceappraisalsystemofthecompany'sproductionline employees.Firstofall,theresearchbackground,significance,relatedconcepttheory, domesticandforeignresearchreview,researchcontentandmethodsarecomprehensively III summarized,theresearchbasisissortedout,andtheresearchvalueisclarified;secondly,the currentsituationoftheperformanceappraisalsystemfortheproductionlineemployeesof NXfinechemicalcompanyisdiscussed,andtheperformanceoftheproductionline employeesisanalyzedthroughthedevelopmentofthecompanyandtheintroductionofthe employeesThecurrentsituationoftheperformanceappraisalsystem,andthroughthe statisticalresultsofthequestionnaire,summarizesandrefinestheproblemsexistinginthe performanceappraisalsystemoftheproductionfront-lineemployeesandthecausesofthe problems;thirdly,accordingtothecomprehensiveanalysisoftheproblemsandcauses, definestheimprovementthinkingandprinciplesoftheperformanceappraisalsystemofthe productionfront-lineemployees,andscientificallyputsforwardtheimprovement countermeasuresoftheperformanceappraisalsystemoftheemployees;finally,formulatethe correspondingGuaranteemeasures,throughsystemguarantee,organizationguaranteeand fundguarantee,laythefoundationfortheimprovementandimplementationofthe performanceappraisalsystemoftheproductionlineemployeesofNXfinechemicalcompany.
